Shipping Policy

We believe in mastering the craft, and that includes getting your heritage provisions to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: Because each piece of Batch 01 gear is printed specifically for you via our production partners, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and printed.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Tracking: Once your gear leaves the shop, you’ll receive a tracking number via email

Returns & Exchanges

At Merchant Ski Co., we stand behind the quality of our heavyweight tees and truckers. However, because we are a small-batch operation using print-on-demand for our initial launch, our return policy is specific:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives with something it wasn't supposed to have (misprints, holes, or damage), please email us at merchantskico@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Sizing & "Change of Mind": Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse at this time.

  • Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address! Merchant Ski Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
